Release date now confirmed for the UK on the 1st of November, price will be 495 pounds + VAT.
Don't know about you guys, but I'm super excited by this one, despite all the hullabaloo surrounding the Nexus at the moment. We'll be getting our filthy mits on a Note ASAP after release, so expect indepth coverage right here!
For reference, the email from Clove went like this:
Dear Dr Winiata,
We are contacting you with some good news about the Samsung Galaxy Note that you recently placed a pre-order for.
We have now had confirmed the final retail price and release date.
The final price is 495 pounds plus VAT (if applicable) per unit.
The first stock is expected on the 1st November.
We would now like you to reply to this email confirming whether or not you wish to proceed with your order. Unless we hear from you, we will not ship your order.
If you do confirm your order, we will begin charging you for the Note and we will ship the device as soon as the first stock arrives; this is currently expected on the 1st November.
